WOW! Thanks to everyone who came to our winterparty “das weisse WINTER haus” – we had a blast!
On Sunday, December 7, 16h-21h we celebrated the season with a kids program, special opening hours of our exhibitions, and an Open Studio Day in the studios of our Local Artists as well as of our current Artists in Residence!
Please scroll down to see some impressions of the event!
Highlights for Kids:
16:00 Matthäus Bär singt seine großen Kinderlieder
Being critically acclaimed in the often not so inspired realm of kids music, Matthäus Bär performs songs for kid, that entertain kids just as well as their parents. While remaining the quality of good pop songs, his lyrics are smart, funny and just the right amount of cheeky!
17:00 Cookie Decoration with a special guest
Spoiler Alert: A gentleman, dressed in red, with a long beard and a bag full of presents might pay us a visit! If you want your kids to be addressed personally by our secret guest, you are welcome to send us their letter until December 5 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ho, ho, ho!

Jamie Campbell (CA), Jiri Franta (CZ), Suse Itzel (DE) and Rah (IR/CA) lived and worked in Vienna since the end of September and they presented their residency projects on the occasion of our winter party!
For example, Suse Itzel had you question the spatial integrity of her studio and our building with her installation; Jamie Campbell showed pictures of animals, mainly cats, that he took during his residency and Rah presented an interview project she conducted with members of the LGBT community in Vienna.
